full tan morocco with red calf labels. Some foxing to frontispieces and a few 
plates. one plate in Vol. I with a line of description trimmed, and one plate in 
Vol. III with an old paper repair (verso of leaf).     $1,000.00 (trade

Sonnini (1751-1812) was an engineer in the French navy.
