engravings. 8vo. Three quarter morocco over marbled paper-covered
boards with gilt titles and dates; index volumes cloth (hardback).
First edition.
The complete run from 1847 to 1896 with volumes 1-45 in brown morocco
and volumes 46-50 in green morocco in matching style with four bands
and five compartments. Index includes the three volumes of Persons
and the single volume of Subjects and Places. Original wrappers and
advertisements bound in the rear of each volume. The New England
Historical and Genealogical Register is the oldest American genealogy
journal and includes transcripts of original records, cemetery
transcriptions, family genealogies, and essays. Near fine, some minor
rubbing on spines, occasional sunning, a few small chips and nicks,
boards on the earlier volumes lightly rubbed, interiors crisp, clean,

American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Foreign orders should be in
U.S. funds on a U.S. bank. New York residents please add appropriate
sales tax or forward a tax id number. Libraries and Institutions can
be billed. Trade allowance. Postage for Domestic orders is $4.00 for
the first book and $1.50 for each additional volume. Books are
normally shipped Media Mail. For international orders, postage is
calculated individually. All books may be returned in original
condition for any reason within two weeks with prior notification.
