exceptionally thorough and  valuable work on this important Buriat 
area neat Chita which was undertaken at the urging of  Batu-dalai 
Ochirov, a Buriat political leader and educator. No copies in OCLC, 
RLIN, Copac,  BL, BN. LOC has vol. 7 only. Library of Polar 
Commission (St. Petersburg) has vol. 2. Volumes IIV with wrappers 
browned, owner's signature and small stamp on front wrapper, some 
minor  tears, stain to upper edge of one volume, some paper loss on 
spines, three of four volumes  unopened (uncut), volume VII lacking 
wrappers and spine, nearly disbound into signatures, map  crisp 
without tears, but some offsetting to inner edges. Good or better.
