Pierre  Bertrand [1956]. First Edition. Title page only (13-1/4" x 18-
1/2")  from  this  work by Cocteau issued in an edition  of  only  125
copies.  This page has been INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the author in 1958
in  red  and  blue pencil with a large drawing of a head  in  profile.
