copies, text of pp. 120-199 is omitted from the pagination. Early calf (circa 
1800), gilt, with blind stamped borders on both covers, hinges somewhat rubbed. 
Preliminaries a bit foxed. Overall a very nice copy.     $3,500.00 (trade

The first English translation of Leonardi’s SPECULAM LAPIDUM (1502). See
