Original cloth stamped in gilt and blind, approx. 5 X 3-1/2 inches, moderate wear.  Many plates.  With the signature, twice, of Captain Charles H. Bliven of Company H, 13th N. J. Infantry (which saw much action.) Bliven was promoted to Captain in  November, 1862.
