The "Edition DeLuxe" limited to 250 numbered copies (this is copy #4)
printed by the Chiswick Press on handmade deckle edge paper. Orig. 1/2 brown
pebbled morocco over cloth, rubbed. Spine strip decorated in gilt & red. Hinges
