Capitol, excellent copy, complete with 4 plates.  An extraordinarily appropriate SIGNED inscription by Barton to the famous Speaker of the House, "Champ" Clark, Phila., Feb. 12, 1912. (James Beauchamp ("Champ") Clark served as Speaker of the House of Representatives from 1911 to 1919. He was the runner-up to Wilson for the Democratic Nomination for President in 1912, opposed the Draft Act of 1917 and the American entrance into World War I.)
