Folio (17" x 12-1/4"). (10).28pp. Double column text. Title printed in red & 
black. Loosely laid in at front is an original leaf of "The Catholicon" (14" x 
11", double column text with rubricated initials). Original printed blue 
wrappers (small repaired closed tear at ffore-edge). A presentation copy 
inscribed on the front wrapper, "To Mr. Alfred W. Pollard, with sincere regards, 
M. B. Stillwell." Note: most copies were bound in full calf or buckram. This 
is apparently one of a few copies in printed wrappers given to the author.
