cloth, Octavo, [xii], 278 pages, black and white photographs, color 
frontispiece. Good, No dust jacket.
      Informative and well-illustrated guide to American quilts--primarily 
those made in Maryland. Includes chapters on album quilts, appliquéd chintz, 
tree of life quilts, plain quilts, and framed medallions illustrated 
throughout with 125 photographs. This is copy #44 of 2,000 copies. Bound in 
maroon cloth over boards with spine and upper board titled in black. 
Exterior shows darkening and soil toward edges of boards. Two old bits of 
tape residue on upper board. Interior is clean and sound with no hinge 
cracks, no prior ownership marks....... $175.00
