own title page. (12),244pp. Modern full calf, brown morocco spine label. Some 
old text soiling and occasional foxing. A few leaves are oddly trimmed 
(fore-edges not square, but with no loss of text).     $850.00 (trade discount 
allowed)
THE INDIAN-QUEEN, a tragedy set in Peru and Mexico before the Spanish 
conquest, was co-written with Howard's brother-in-law, John Dryden. It was later 
set to music by Henry Purcell. THE COMMITTEE, a political comedy. has the 
minor character of "A Book-Seller." Wing H2995.
