London: John Murray, Albemarle Street 1847. Original cloth, covers stamped in blind, the spine in blind & gilt; there is some modest edge wear and the spine is missing a small chip from the top. There is a neat signature on the end paper. Presumably, a further printing of BAL's "4th Printing." BAL 13722 (distinguished by the absence of a period after "Street" in the imprint.) There are other interesting differences, however: the map is on the recto, not the verso of its leaf, hence it does not face the title page; the Preface to the Revised Edition is on the verso of the Dedication, thereby eliminating a blank page; page 163 is properly numbered and one can clearly see by the position of the type that it has  been corrected. Complete with  8 pages of advts devoted to "Typee."   $390.00
