12mo (180 x 110 mm), contemporary mottled calf, spine with simple 
gilt rules. Some foxing, mild (very mild!) rubbing to the binding but 
intact and the joints nice, tight and uncracked. a very good, 
attractive copy. Barclay was among the principle theologians of the 
Quakers, his CATECHISM is an oft-reprinted and important work, here 
offered in an early Philadelphia imprint, in pleasing condition.  $100.00
