FIRST COLLECTED EDITION. Two volumes, small 8vos in modern marbled  
boards; ix,[3],291,[1]pp.; [4],259,[3]pp.; with the terminal leaf of  
publisher's adverts.

Dedicated to his dear friend Samuel Taylor Coleridge, this collection  
includes Lamb's poems, essays, letters, and longer works such as  
Rosamund Gray and John Woodvil. Mild toning and dust-soiling to the  
edges of the text blocks, occasional scattered spotting and foxing,  
stain to the upper corner of the last leaf of vol. I; otherwise quite  
clean and sound in a sharp, appealing pair of modern bindings. A solid  
set.
