Cambridge, MA: Privately Printed, 1945 [1965]. First Edition. Burgundy 
cloth with gilt lettering on the spine and the title in gilt on black on 
the front cover. Illustrated with photographs. One of 250 copies of the 
Second Issue, with the title page printed entirely in black, printed by 
Robert Kennedy in 1965 with most copies distributed by him at Christmas 
1965. The First Issue consisted of 360 copies published in 1945. A 
privately printed book by the University Press memorializing the oldest 
brother of the Kennedy clan, a Navy pilot killed in action during World 
War II. This copy is INSCRIBED and SIGNED on the front endpaper by 
Robert F. Kennedy: "For Georgeann and George/Bob Kennedy/Christmas1965." 
Georgeann was Robert Kennedy's sister-in-law, Ethel Kennedy's sister. 
Books authentically signed by Robert Kennedy are uncommon; those with 
such a personal association are scarcely encountered. Small scratch to
