First edition. 8vo. (4),x,(3)-92pp. Illus. with an engraved table and
12 engraved plates (i.e. 13 plates).  Modern 1/2 burgundy calf, gilt
decorated spine with
black morocco label, over marbled boards. Title page with two vertical
tape stains (light discoloration) from something that was once attached
to the verso. Still a very decent copy.	$1,000.00 (trade discount
