Galle and text with 36 full-page engravings of Dutch royalty. Old mottled calf, gilt, with a gilt central ornament on both covers. Bound by Bedford circa 1850. Spine extremities and hinges a bit rubbed, but a very nice copy. With the Huth library bookplate.	$3,000.00 (trade discount allowed)
An interesting copy, with contemporary autograph corrections or notes on 10 pages of text, some being 6 or 7 lines long. With strong impressions of the plates by Galle (1537-1612). A very scarce book. OCLC records 3 copies; 1 in America (NYPL) and 2 in Europe. See Voet,  THE PLANTIN PRESS #2475.
