near fine in a near fine dustjacket. Correct letter code on copyright 
page, first state photographer's credit on rear jacket panel photograph. 
Bound in mustard colored paper over boards with orange cloth spine. A 
few shallow extremity bumps at spine ends. Jacket has a few shallow edge 
chips. Clean and crisp overall. A lovely, fresh looking copy. $500 ppd

dustjacket. Number line descending to "2" at bottom of last blank. A few 
shallow extremity bumps at spine ends and corner tips. Jacket has some 
minor edge rubs. Clean, bright and fresh overall. $125 ppd in U.S.,
