Plains, GA, 1960. Definitive one-page AUTOGRAPH LETTER SIGNED on an 8" x
10" invoice from the S & W Company of Dawson, Georgia. This early letter
from 1960 reveals much about the future President's honesty and talent
for negotiation. In full: "Mr. Wheeler, This seems to be charged to us
at the retail price of 17-1/2 cents. If this was your intention, we will
pay you at this rate. Please send us a bill for the correct amount & we
will send check. Thanks, Jimmy." Mr. Wheeler writes a note at the bottom
