London: Printed [by John Hughes] in the Year 1752. Lg. 4to. 143,(1)pp. With the 2 engraved portraits, and 4 folding architectural plates at back. Cont. 1/4 calf over marbled boards, boards and extremities rubbed, but perfectly sound. On the front free endpaper is an old inscription at top, "Cornelius Grogan. Ex dono Guli: Tench," and below (in Grogan's hand) is copied the Latin inscription found on the foundation stone of Houghton Hall. Some occasional text soiling.	$1,000.00 (trade discount allowed)
