London: (The Curwen Press) for Cassell. 1932. Sm. folio. xx,146pp. Illustrated with colour-stencilled collotypes (including 14 full page plates). Edition limited to 215 copies on J. Barcham Green's handmade paper. Publisher's deluxe vellum, with a large brown crushed morocco inlay on the front board, with vellum inlays, and the rear cover with a similar design with brown morocco inlays, and a gilt spine, the entire binding being designed by Paul Nash. A.e.g. Housed in the publisher's brown cloth slipcase. Very light soiling on the spine, otherwise a fine copy.	$6,000.00
The crowning achievement of The Curwen Press. Herbert Simon in his history of the press, "Song and Words," (p. 209) calls URNE BURIALL "One of the greatest illustrated books ever published in any country."
