DISCUSSION: A beautifully illustrated history of Confederate raiders and
the destruction of the U.S. Merchant Marine during the Civil War. There
are 13 folding color plates reproducing paintings by Louis Dodd, specially
commissioned for this book, and 2 folding maps.

DESCRIPTION: Hardcover. 8.5"x11", 169 pages, color and black & white
illustrations, dust jacket. Signed by Thomas Coughlin and Louis Dodd.

CONDITION NOTES: The dust jacket has some light wear and a slight residue
where a sticker was removed. The book itself is clean and nice, with a
tight binding.
