These two copies are available at this price today and tomorrow,

HESSE, Hermann. STEPPENWOLF. Westport: Limited Editions Club, 1977. Tall 
octavo (7-1/2" x 11-1/2") bound in half black cowhide leather stamped in 
gold and clerical grey buckram sides, 200 pages. The Basil Creighton 
translation revised by Joseph Mileck and Horst Frenz and printed 
letterpress at the Press of A. Colish. Illustrated with 10 full-page and 
12 text woodcuts by Helmut Ackermann printed directly from the blocks. 
Of a total of 1600 copies SIGNED by the artist on the colophon page, 
these copies are publisher's overrun and not numbered. Monthly Letter 
laid in.

Copy 1:  About Fine in glassine in a Very Good slipcase that has a small 
section of the fore-edge and about 3 inches along the top edge nibbled, 
likely by a rodent not a collector. $50.00 NET

Copy 2:  Tiny bit of wear (chewing?) to the heel of the spine. Near Fine 
in glassine and a Very Good slipcase with similar nibbling, though more 
to the fore-edge and less to the top edge.  $40.00 NET
