Remarks upon Mr. Webber’s Scheme and the Draper’s Pamphlet. London: Sold by J. Roberts in Warwick-Lane, 1741. FIRST EDITION. Pamphlet-sized 8vo; 40 pp.; untrimmed. Hanson 5547; Goldsmiths 7840; Kress 4582; ESTC T46871. Disbound from a nonce volume with remnants of earlier binding on the spine; modest wear and toning to the untrimmed edges, title-page with a few light spots and inked numeral in the upper margin; otherwise clean and sound.

The anonymous author (possibly William Webster) defends Robert Walpole's administration and launches a detailed and delightfully intemperate attack on two earlier pamphlets, An Account of a Scheme for preventing the Exportation of our Wool and The Consequences of Trade, &c. By a Draper of London [i.e. Samuel Webber].
