cuts. Very Good.
          History of the exploits of the James brothers, published while 
Jesse James was still alive. First printing of the updated and 
illustrated edition following the original 1880 edition. Updated to 
include the biographies of the Youngers. See SIX GUNS #539, HOWES #D6, 
etc. Bound in full leather over boards with gilt titles on black leather 
spine labels, pale yellow endpapers. Some mild extremity rubs, short 
split to upper joint at heel of spine, a few small chips to spine 
labels. Front endpaper split for an inch or so at top and bottom, but 
hinges holding sound. Prior owner name dated 1881 at top of front free 
endpaper. Some occasional scattered browning inside. Handsome copy 
overall, of this scarce edition.......    $350.00
