Edition limited to 1,026 copies, sold by subscription. The original price per copy was $100.00 in 1941. (Note: a new Studebaker in 1941 was $730). Finely printed monumental edition, which quickly sold out, largely to Christian Science churches around the world. Even today, with a reduced number of members and church locations, there are over 1,800 churches worldwide. Copies seldom come on the market.
