letter by this New Yorker artist and creator of The Addams Family with a 
Signal Corps return address. In full: "I was very pleased to hear all 
the wonderful things you say about me and that you took the trouble to 
tell me about it. The thing was given to Steinberg in exchange for one 
of his wonderful drawings last Monday so I'm afraid I can't help you on 
that score. I'm quite flattered that your brother managed to laugh at it 
- I need a laugh myself after three years in the Army. Sincerely (Sgt)
