A collection of dozens of early English and American pamphlets, newspaper articles, and other printed works on topics related to the currency of the colonies. Illustrated with numerous black&white photos and facsimiles of the original title-pages. An invaluable resource for the colonial period. Moisture/damp-staining to the top edges of the text blocks (quite prominent in vol. I, less so in vol. IV, almost unnoticeable in vols. II and III); otherwise the contents are clean and sound and firmly bound in sharp, fresh, near fine bindings.
