frontispiece likeness of Palmer, text illus; 2pp facsimile from his diary,
printed on blue stock. Wear to spine and edges, some leaves dogeared,
otherwise complete in printed yellow wrappers. 8.25" x 5.25" Good .
Original Wrappers.
Not only did Dr. Palmer poison his friend John Cook, for which he was
hanged, he was charged also with feeding strychnine to his wife, his
