Edition limited to 200 numbered copies. Green cloth, over color printed patterned boards. A presentation copy, inscribed by Richard J. Hoffman on the limitation leaf, "For Peter Mauk, who watched this book grow unit by unit." Fine copy. Laid in at front is a 2-leaf prospectus.    $450.00  (trade discount allowed)
This book was published at $200, and quickly sold out, with most copies finding their way into library collections. It has been called "his magnum opus" (see Petko. A TRIBUTE TO THE WORK OF RICHARD JOHN HOFFMAN).
