Club, 1938. Two octavo volumes (6" x 9") bound in the original imported
speckled linen with leather labels. Introduction by Theodore Dreiser.
Illustrated with 16 ORIGINAL ETCHINGS by John Sloan. Of a total of 1500
copies SIGNED by the artist on the colophon page, this copy is not
numbered (in place of the number is written in ink "Office Copy") and
bears the Club's blindstamp stating it is one of 25 presentation copies.
Spines a little sunned, as usual. Close to Fine in a Fine slipcase
especially made by the publisher for this copy and differing slightly
