(Coggan Iowa): Privately Printed, (1919). Broadside measuring approx. 17" x 12". Signed in print lower right by Hogren as Seller & signed in print lower left by Banta Hopkins as Auctioneer. The broadside is printed on a light peach colored paper. The original envelope that the auctioneer mailed the broadside to the seller is present confirming dates. Very good, with some separations at the folds without loss.

The sale will commence at 10 AM. "on the premises opposite the Ehler Depot and three miles north-east of Coggon and 4 miles south-west of Ryan..." Details regarding the livestock are given, also to be sold, Hay & Grain, 250 bu. early Ohio potatoes, 45 head of hogs and a 1915 Maxwell automobile and a large number of farm implements.
