hide spine and tapa fabric sides made by the women of Tonga with sacred 
Australian aborigine designs burnt into both the spine and boards. Copy 
#39 of 1500 with a frontispiece in color after a plaque by Flaxman and 
with illustrations by Geoffrey Ingleton. A completely Australian 
production edited by A. Grenfell Price and designed by Douglas A. 
Dunstan. Printed at the Griffin Press, Adelaide, Australia. SIGNED by 
the illustrator and by the designer on the colophon page. Bookplate on 
the verso of the half-title page. Some rubbing to the soft leather at 
the spine tips with no loss. Still Near Fine in a Near Fine slipcase.
