Translations of the six surviving plays by Terence (Publius Terentius Afer): The Fair Andrian; The Eunuch; The Self-Tormentor; The Brothers; The Tricks of Phormio; The Mother-in-Law. Frontispiece with some chipping to the edges and an early owner's signature ("John Collins his book 1729"); text block toned, browned at the edges, a few corners bumped and creased, occasional light spotting.
