The Irving Trust Company, NY check 11367 dated March 4, 1943, signed by 
Walter Winchell made payable to The United States Navy for $440.50.
Winchell was a Rough Rider in Cuba, journalist in Michigan, bought and 
revitalized Chicago Daily News.  Secretary of the Navy under Franklin 
Roosevelt from 1940-44.
