Dyer, Ruth O. The Cut Out Book. Chicago: A. Flanagan Company, 1921.
First edition; Oblong octavo; pp; 111, printed on rectos only;
Illustrated in silhouette with a section of animals, an illustrated
alphabet, months & their activities, Mother Goose Rhymes, Borders and
Miscellaneous designs; original printed pictorial paper wrappers; One
half of one and only one of the "Border: pages has been cut, else the
book is complete, wear at spine ends, overall very good. This was a book
designed to be cut up and the pieces pasted into scrapbooks or onto
other paper, consequently these are quite scarce. How scarce? OCLC
locates just two copies. By the way there is one copy on line at $1.00
It is a false record, I ordered it and was told it was a ghost.
