Small folio, 8 pp. buff wrappers section of both front and back wrappers severely browned by contact with cardboard folder made to cover the volume, also bad liquid stain on rear cover; Buxton Forman's Shelley bookplate on the inside of the front cover. London: [H. Buxton Forman]] Mitchell and Hughes, Printers, 140 Wardour Street, W., 1880.

Two holdings in OCLC.:  Pforzheimer and Johns Hopkins.

ACCOMPANIED BY--Manuscript on three joined large sheets of paper, now measuring 16 x 60 inches {See Forman Sale, Part II, No. 988, Byrne Hackett's copy of the catalogue indicates that he bought it for one dollar and it appears in the Brick Row catalogue "A Catalogue of Original Works by, and Books Relating to, Percy Bysshe Shelley..." November  1922, item No. 217 for $25. There are one or two pencil notations by Forman in the manuscript which has been folded with a few minor separations in the folds. The manuscript is signed by Tucker.

Printed for Private Circulation, [1853]. 8vo, self-wrappers; 7 pp. 3 holding libraries in OCLC.: 2 copies in the Chuch of Latter Day Saints and one in the genealogical Godfrey Memorial Library in Middleton, CT. Listing quite a number of sixteenth and seventeenth century Shelleys. See Brick Row catalogue "A Catalogue of Original Works by, and Books Relating to, Percy Bysshe Shelley..." November  1922, item no. 227, offered at $5.
