Each of the four books has a separate title-page. At the end is a fifth
title-page: "Letters Written by Mr. George Herbert, At his being in
Cambridge: With others to his Mother, the Lady Magdalen Herbert; Written by
John Donne, Afterwards Dean of St. Pauls," London, 1675. Opposite the four
Lives are full-page copperplate portraits of the subjects.

Bound in calf-backed blue boards; margins trimmed without text loss; old
leather spine label detached and laid in; corners of boards scuffed.  6.25"
x 3.75". Good condition.
