Colophon: The illustrations for this edition were drawn in colour and gold
by Arthur Szyk, and printed in London by the Sun Engraving Company. The
text was set, and the pages made-up in English Monotype Sachsenwald with
Albertus Capitals, to the design and under the direction of Ernest Ingham
at the Fanfare Press, in London.  $75.00
