Oxford: Oxford University Press for the Bibliographical Society. 1932. 4to. xiv,(2),70pp. Illustrated with 4 plates, one folding (frontispiece), and 2 double-page. Bound in later blue crushed morocco spine over blue cloth. This copy inscribed by the author, "To Mr. David Magee with the compliments of the author, Edwin E. Willoughby, October 2, 1935." Magee was the influential bookseller in San Francisco and bibliographer of the Grabhorn Press, and Willoughby was the scholar who in 1956 published "The Making of the King James Bible."    $250.00 (trade discount allowed)
