LETTER SIGNED (TLS). Philadelphia: Dunlap Printing Company, 1908. First 
Edition. Original tall light brown wraps issued by the Republican 
National Committee and containing Taft's speech accepting the nomination 
of his party for president. INSCRIBED and SIGNED by Taft as Supreme 
Court Chief Justice on the title page: "For Mr. Morse/of Stuyvesant 
on/Hudson with/best wishes and/congratulations/Wm. H. 
Taft/Washington/June 2, 1927." Included is a transmittal letter SIGNED 
by Taft. There is a small hole on the title page with no impact to the 
signature or inscription. Some expected wear to covers but overall in 
close to Near Fine condition; the letter with mailing creases but also
