On Monday, March 31, 1817, Before the Honorable Sir Charles Abbott. Taken in Short-Hand by Alexander Frazer. Falmouth: Printed by and for James Lake. 1817. xiv,(2),179,(1)pp. With the half-title. Illustrated with a woodcut plate which is a plan of the "Tea-Room" where the crime allegedly took place. Plain modern board with paper spine label. With several oval rubber stamps of the "Falmouth Free Public Library." Many copies lack the plate at p. 26.    $150.00 (trade discount allowed)
After much sensationalism at the trial, Donnall was eventually acquitted.
