1950s W.S. Darley Champion Fire Apparatus and Fire Pumps Trade Catalog.

Issued in Chicago; no date, but late 1940s or early 1950s.

A complete catalog of fire trucks- pumper trucks, a ladder truck,  
pumpers with ladders, crash trucks, and even a jeep. There are also  
assorted pumps sold as separate units, and many testimonial letters  
from impressed and happy fire chiefs. For the most part these are  
small and mid-sized trucks, used by rural communities and small  
municipalities, and a number of the letters of recommendation are from  
volunteer fire companies.

Paper covers. 11.25”x8.5”, 43 pages, black & white illustrations. Some  
cover wear and light soil, rear cover panel with a corner torn off.  
The interior pages have some scattered light wear and soil and a few  
pages where there is some minor damage along the bottom edge. $175

We accept returns if we are notified within ten days of your receipt -please
ask for full instructions and terms. Massachusetts residents must add
6.25% state sales tax.
