Vachss, and Roger Zelazny with a foreword by Lawrence Bloch and 
introduction by Poppy Z. Brite. SIGNED by all 12 contributors.This copy 
is not numbered but rather marked "author's copy." A few minor 
imperfections to the hand-made paper, still Fine in slipcase, as issued.
