[Rarebooks] 1941-42 Issues of New Europe - Monthly Review of International Affairs

New Europe - Monthly Review of International Affairs.

Published in New York from 1941 to 1945 (and titled New Europe and  
World Reconstruction starting in 1942) this journal was a production  
of the American Committee of European Reconstruction, which worked  
closely with the U.S. State Department. Its editorial staff consisted  
of writers from war-torn Europe, specifically Poland, Czechoslovakia,  
and Austria. Each issue has paper covers, and measures 9.5”x13.25”,  
with between 20 and 40 pages. All have a little wear and soil, with  
more serious condition issues noted.

Thirteen 1941-42 issues for $100 net, plus shipping.

The Issues:

January 1941. Front cover soiled and worn, detached. Last leaf  
detached. Some overall wear.
February 1941. Covers with some wear and soil, and spine splitting,  
which would detach the front cover and last page.
March 1941.
July 1941.
September 1941.
December 1941. Front cover and last leaf detached, some soil and wear,  
last leaf with creased corner.
January 1942.
February 1942.
March 1942.
May 1942.
July 1942.
August 1942. Some soil, light wear, light vertical crease.
November/December 1942. Some soil, minor wear, last leaf with corner crease.

to deal with, we have had to suspend overseas shipments for the

We accept returns if we are notified within ten days of your receipt -please
ask for full instructions and terms. Massachusetts residents must add
6.25% state sales tax.
