The Gentleman's Magazine: and Historical Chronicle. For the Year MDCCCV [1805]. Volume LXXV [75]. Part the First [and] Part the Second. London: Printed by J. Nichols and Son, 1805. Twelve monthly issues (Jan.-Dec.), plus the supplement, volume title, preface and indexes. Two volumes, 8vo, in early/period calf-backed marbled boards, gilt-lettered morocco spine labels; iv, 591, [21] p.; [2], 591, 592, [591]-1243, [23] p.; with in-text woodcuts and 25 copper-engraved plates.

The PLATES (with accompanying text) include: Design for a Monument for Admiral Lord Nelson; A Tesselated Pavement at Canterbury; Sections of Timber shewing the effect of Forsyth's Process for restoring decayed Trees; Iron Collar, &c. used for punishing Offenders in the Workhouse at Norwich; the Watchman's Noctuary; Eleven antient Crosses in Cornwall; Portraits of: a Gentleman of the sixteenth century, Samuel Martin, Esq.
