[Boston]: Savoy Associates, 1986. First Edition. Dark gray cloth 
portfolio with gilt-lettered black and red morocco spine and gilt 
lettering on the front cover (12" x 15-1/2") with text and plates loose 
and housed in two black paper chemises. The complete suite, with two 
sets of 14 prints SIGNED in pencil by the artist for a total of 28 
SIGNED color prints, mostly double page (14-1/2" x 20-1/2") and folded. 
One of 400 numbered copies, this out of series and not numbered, SIGNED 
by the artist on the colophon page. Beautiful tribute to the famous 
Harlem ballroom, reproducing Yarde's original watercolors, based on 
renowned photographs of dancers. Richard Yarde (1939 - 2011) was an 
African-American artist who painted watercolors that drew upon themes of 
African-American history and culture. Fine in a Fine case. (#021311)
