unmarked. Full blue suede with yapp-style edges, the “Oscar” statue 
stamped in blind on the front cover; binding square and tight, light

The 76th Annual Academy Awards took place on February 29, 2014. On this 
occasion, the Academy honored three legendary performers whose unique 
contributions to motion pictures were highlighted by individual 
tributes. The 36 black-and-white photographs in this small volume are 
held in the Academy’s Roddy McDowell Photograph Archive at the Fairbanks 
Center for Motion Picture Study. The 3 honorees were: Katharine Hepburn; 
Bob Hope; and Gregory Peck. This small volume was a special publication 
printed and distributed in connection with the 76th Academy Awards, and 
likely distributed amongst those who attended the ceremony at the Kodak 
Theatre in Hollywood, California.
