BROWN, RICHARD & STANLEY BRETT. The London Bookshop. Parts One and
Two. Pinner: Private Libraries Association, 1971 and 1977. First
edition. Two volumes: Part One, with a prefatory reminiscence by Percy
Muir, and Part Two. Each volume is fine in its original glassine
jacket. The jacket for Part One shows some tanning and a little wear.
The books are subtitled "A Pictorial Record of the Antique Book Trade:
Portraits and Premises." They include short histories and photographs
of the following bookshops: James Bain Ltd, Andrew Block, Louis W.
