REPORT FROM THE COMMITTEE TO WHOM THE PETITION OF THE DEPUTIES OF THE 
UNITED MORAVIAN CHURCHES . . . WAS REFERRED: TOGETHER WITH EXTRACTS 
OF THE MOST MATERIAL VOUCHERS AND PAPERS CONTAINED IN THE APPENDIX . 
. .   London: printed in the Year 1749.  Folio, old calf, scuffed, 
edges rubbed, spine worn and partly opened at joints, complete with 
(4), (iv), (2), 635-638, 27, (1), 58, (4), (59)-120, (4), (121)-156 
pages including blanks.  Armorial bookplate of "Moeller" (the name 
Moeller or Moller was early associated with the Brethren and still 
is; the Little Pilgrim Congregation that set out from Bethlehem for 
N. Carolina in 1755 praised the hospitality of a Brethren family 
named Moller at Oley, a few miles from Pottstown.)  The half title 
reads: "ACTA FRATRUM UNITATIS IN ANGLIA. MDCCXLIX."  This 
Parliamentary Report contains: An Act to encourage the Brethren to 
settle in N. America, with separate title page printed by Baskett; 
the Committee's Report, with separate title page; historical 
documents in various
languages (among which are comments on the Brethrens' work among the 
slaves of the Danish West Indies and Algiers, various items by and 
about Count Zinzendorff including one by Isaac Watts to a friend of 
his in America, permission for the Moravians to avoid taking an oath, 
a letter from Oglethorpe concerning their work in Georgia, a letter 
from Conrad Weiser, &c); Brethren doctrine and preaching; &c,
